I’ve always had an interest in being Healthy and fought to reach that untapped level of Success in everything I do.
I am constantly on the lookout for Wellness tips, reading books and blogs about being Successful, attending webinars and events about Nutrition and Fitness, books and anything else that comes my way. After a while, my friends and coworkers started picking my brain for tips they can use to achieve their Wellness Goals.
This gave birth to the idea of putting together this blog.

I feel like I know quite a bit, but I’m NOT an Expert! There are always new things to learn.
Science is always conducting studies and new theories are always discovered.
Each person is different. We have different nutrition needs depending on our strengths and weaknesses. Our mental state is different: one may not have the courage or the right direction to go forward, while another is fearless but doesn’t care about how his/her actions today will impact their well-being in the future…
So what do I do?
Living life to its fullest is my everyday passion! I strive to find Success in being Healthy: Physically, Mentally and Financially!
